Wharton to Offer New Online Executive Program in Customer Centricity

New course is the school's first online open-enrollment program

The University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School has announced that it will launch its first online open-enrollment executive education program, starting in March 2014.

The program, "Strategic Value of Customer Relationships," will cover topics in customer centricity, an emerging idea in marketing that champions the use of data to better understand and cater to specific customers.

The program will begin on March 3 and will be eight weeks long. The curriculum will be delivered through a mix of pre-recorded lectures, case studies, and group projects. There will also be a post-program follow-up during the summer of 2014.
