New at MIT Sloan: "Building Game-Changing Organizations"

Two-day course to launch in June

Starting in 2014, MIT Sloan will offer a new executive education course that will help leaders "rewrite traditional playbooks" for their businesses.

The new course is two days long and is called "Building Game-Changing Organizations: Aligning Purpose, Performance, and People." It will help managers integrate the soft side of leading into strategic and operational goals. It's aimed at upper- to senior-level management, and will be especially valuable for senior HR professionals, according to the course webpage.

The first offering of the course will take place starting on June 5th; it will be offered again in October.
