Case Western Reserve University's Weatherhead School of Management has announced that it will offer an executive program for women who are working in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM,) beginning this year.
The new course is called "Leadership Lab for Women in STEM," and will take place in three 2-day modules. The program will look at a variety of components around leadership and soft-skill development. Modules will cover topics such as "Effective Leadership Tools: Negotiations, Power and Organizational Politics," and "Positive Relationships at Work."
The program is designed for women in STEM professions from industry, government, and academic organizations.
