McGill to Offer Executive Development Course in Halifax

The school's flagship course is 8 days long and is set to launch in August

The Montréal-based McGill Executive Institute has announced that it will offer its flagship "Executive Development Course" in Halifax.

McGill frames the course as a "Mini-MBA" program in that it condenses key topics from MBA and EMBA courses.

"As the 'rules of the game' are changing in almost every functional area of an organization, this learning experience offers timely exposure to new techniques, tools and trends," according to the school.

Over eight days, the program will cover a variety of topics in general management, including strategic thinking, leadership, and negotiation techniques, among others. It's set to launch in Halifax beginning on August 26th.

The program will also be offered in Montréal, Calgary, Ottawa, and Toronto in 2015.
