Melbourne Business School Launches an Executive Education Course in Healthcare Leadership

"Inspiring Healthcare Leaders" to launch in October

Melbourne Business School's Mt Eliza Executive Education has announced plans to launch "Inspiring Healthcare Leaders," which will teach managers how to lead successfully in an industry fraught with complexities and change.

“It's not about you, as a leader, giving a great performance. It's really about drawing on your experiences and resources, to inspire other people. And it's not really about the musicians’ performance alone, but what you create between you," Michael Fisher, the program leader, said in a Mt. Eliza news release.

The five-day program will cover a number of topics, including how to lead change in healthcare, how to engage stakeholder, and how to support change implementation. There will also be post-program support provided, including access to thought-leadership articles and networking events.

The inaugural offering of the program will take place between October 19 and October 23 on the school's Mt. Eliza campus.
