Project Management
Project management refers to the organization and execution of projects in order to meet defined goals. Projects usually include a set of tasks that need to be managed within constraints such as time and budget. By nature, projects are temporary, and conclude when goals are met – standing in contrast to operations, which are cyclical and more or less permanent. Executives who manage projects need a range of leadership, organizational, and personal skills.
