Women
Until relatively recently, few women occupied top managerial or executive positions. Today, of course, this has shifted substantially, and now many women have broken through the “glass ceiling.” As management level gender diversity increases, new opportunities for women leaders are continually being created. This leads to unique challenges for women in developing their leadership skills and meeting personal goals.
