UC San Diego's Rady School of Management has announced the launch of a new executive program in communication.
The new program is called "Managing Across Generations," and will help managing across different age groups. According to the course webpage, it will cover topics based on findings in neuroscience.
The program is one day long and is aimed at "anyone seeking an understanding of how to better manage different age groups, including HR managers, business leaders, project managers, department heads," according to the Rady course webpage.
