The University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management has announced plans to bring executive programs in risk management to some Chinese banks and other financial services companies.
Through a partnership with the China Banking Association, Rotman will provide executive education courses to a variety of organizations in the financial sector with the intention of enhancing communication and cooperation within the Chinese banking industry as it standardizes to meet the requirements of the Basel Accords. The partnership will begin with two programs in the coming year: a two-week pilot course for bank executives, and then an eight-week course aimed at managers and directors.
For more information, please see the Rotman press release announcing the launch of the courses in China.
