Arizona State University's WP Carey School of Business has announced the launch of a new certificate program in real estate development.
The new program is entirely online and offers seasoned real estate professionals a chance to get an overview of the industry and how it works as a whole, with insights into law, investment, and land development. The program can also be taken by those who intend to become real estate developers.
According to an ASU - Carey press release, the online real estate certificate program will have a strong focus in responsible community development. “In addition to the basics, we’re going to focus on responsible community development and themes like sustainability and creating real value for customers,” says Mark Stapp, an ASU - Carey professor of real estate.
