Harvard Business School has announced that it will offer a new course in leadership at its center in Mumbai, India.
The new course, "Leadership and Corporate Accountability," will provide business leaders in India with a strategic understanding of managing the demands of internal and external stakeholders.
Over the course of four days, participants will delve into a number of regional and global case studies in order to examine strategic governance tools and frameworks that promote responsible and profitable corporate conduct. The program will also leverage current research insights from a variety of fields, like organizational behavior, psychology, and economics.
According to Harvard, the course is "particularly valuable to C-level executives, general managers, senior vice presidents, directors, heads of business units, and partners."
