UCSD's Rady School of Management has recently launched a new executive education program in teambuilding.
"Harnessing the Creative Power of Teams" is a half-day course that aims to improve team cohesion and bring out new ideas in group settings. According to the course webpage, the new program will also help leaders avoid some of the common pitfalls in team environments, including "groupthink."
The course will be offered on November 6th.
