The Rady School of Management at UC San Diego will offer a new executive course that will help leaders better communicate in the workplace.
The new one-day course will, among other things, help executives "learn the nuances involved in verbal and non-verbal communication," and "understand how to manage and use the underlying emotions involved in influence," according to the course webpage.
The course is designed for a variety of managers, including those who help coach employees, manage teams, or need to give presentations.
The first offering of the course will take place on December 6, 2012. For more information, please see the "Communicating in the Workplace" course webpage.
