Concordia University's John Molson Executive Center has announced plans to launch a new executive education program in "Team Coaching," through a partnership with Concordia's Centre for Human Relations and Community Studies.
The new four-day executive course will help executives better lead and manage teams. Topics to be covered range from leadership in teams to managing group dynamics.
