Harvard Launches New Executive Program in Healthcare

New course to cover emerging issues in the industry

Harvard Business School Executive Education has announced the launch of a new executive program that examines the topics shaping the future of healthcare.

The three-day "Emerging Issues in Healthcare" is aimed at a wide range of healthcare executives, including "experienced clinical and nonclinical senior leaders across the healthcare industry including healthcare systems, community and regional hospitals, academic medical centers, health maintenance organizations (HMOs), and insurance companies," according to the course webpage.

Participants will examine topics including how new scientific breakthroughs are effecting care delivery and ideas to improve quality of care.

The new course will launch in March.
