New Executive Course at Oxford: Women Transforming Leadership

New program to focus on emotional intelligence development

The University of Oxford's Saïd Business School has announced plans to launch a new executive program in "Women Transforming Leadership."

The program is four and a half days long and aims to help women in leadership position build "heightened self-awareness," and offers them opportunities to "discuss and overcome personal or professional obstacles as they move through their career," according to the course webpage.

Course content includes a focus on emotional intelligence development as well as exploring leadership through the Shakespeare play "As You Like It."
