Pepperdine University's Graziadio School of Business and Management has launched a new executive education course in organizational change.
The new program, "Leading Organization Change," will be delivered over three two-day sessions and covers a variety of topics, from neuroscience to change in complex environments. The individual modules include "Leading Change: Lessons from Neuroscience," "Organization Design and Strategy," and "Models of Change in Complex Environments."
The program is designed for "business professionals who are interested in or responsible for leading change in their organization," according to the course webpage. The first module will begin on February 28.
