IMD Launches Five New Executive Programs

New course topics include leadership and business in China, among others

Switzerland's IMD - International Institute for Management Development is adding five new programs to its 2013 executive education offerings. The new programs include the following:

The Leadership Challenge: A five-day course for senior executives that covers strategic leadership skills such as resolving conflicts and building skills for managing change. Offered starting on May 13.

The China Strategy Challenge: Offered in partnership with the Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business (CKGSB) in Beijing, this four-day program will leverage strategic insights from real-world China-based CEOs. Begins in September.

Organizational Learning in Action: This five day program will help executives drive growth by aligning their strategy with that of their organization. Begins in October.

Leading the Family Office: Aimed at families with wealth, this three-day program will help participants create and maintain a family office. Covers topics like developing long-term objectives and passing on the business to future generations. Begins on November 11.

Orchestrating Winning Performance: This Singapore-based program is six days long and focuses specifically on doing business in southeast Asia. Offered starting on November 17.
