UCSD's Rady School of Management will launch a new course that covers topics in virtual teambuilding, according to the Rady website.
"Building and Leading Virtual Teams" is a half-day course will cover a variety of topics in building teams that are geographically dispersed, including team dynamics, technology protocols, and communication challenges.
The new executive program is aimed at "executives and managers tasked with building, maintaining and leading successful high performing virtual teams and organizations," according to the course webpage.
