Columbia Launches Two New Executive Education Programs in Innovation

New programs set to launch in June

Columbia Business School has announced that it will launch two new innovation-themed executive education courses.

"Reinventing Innovation: Transforming Innovation into a Sustainable Capability," is designed for senior-level managers who want to make their organizations more innovative. Over four days, participants will cover such topics as designing strategies for innovation and how to build a culture of innovation. According to the course webpage, executives in fast-moving industries such as pharmaceuticals and manufacturing would especially benefit from this course. For those who want to leverage innovation in marketing, "Marketing and Innovation: Igniting Creativity to Add Value" is a three-day executive course that begins on June 11th. According to the course webpage, the program is designed for mid- to senior-level executives who " are responsible for strategic innovation and new product development." The course will cover a variety of topics, including market analysis, opportunity identification, and building a culture of innovation.
