The University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management has announced that it is launching a new executive education program with a focus in leadership.
The "Executive Leadership Program" will take place over five days and cover a variety of issues related to leadership, strategy, and organizational development. Some topical areas that the program will touch on over the five days include "Teamwork and Collaboration, "Team Work and Collaboration," and "Integrative Thinking Tools and Integration."
According to the program webpage, the course is designed for mid- to senior-level managers from a broad range of industries. Participants should have at least ten years' of work experience. The first course launches in October.
