University of Miami to Offer New EMBA Program

Program aimed at executives with ties to Latin America

The University of Miami has announced the launch of a new Executive MBA program, called the "Miami Executive MBA for the Americas."

The program is aimed at "accomplished executives working in or connecting with Latin America," according to the EMBA webpage. It takes place in seven 3-day residencies and two one-week residencies, spread out over a period of 17 months.

Curriculum focus areas include a breadth of topics, with decidedly international focus areas such as "Global and Multicultural Leadership" and "Managing Global Operations and Decision Making."

The new MBA program is set to launch in August of 2014.
