New programs include two in marketing and one in strategy and innovation

The University of Virginia's Darden Executive Education has announced the launch of three new executive education programs in their 2013-2014 portfolio. The new programs include the following:

Strategic Marketing Management is a four-day program that will begin this September. It promises to help mid- to upper-level marketing executives develop strategic approaches to increase their organization's market share. It will also cover topics in emerging technologies such as social media.

Marketing Analytics: Effective Resource Allocation: This new program aims to help executives in "marketing, business development, analytics and information technology who wish to translate marketing data into organizational action," according to the course webpage. Over three days, it will help participants develop a framework for identifying and measuring the right metrics to gauge the success of effective marketing strategies. The program launches this September in Washington, DC.

Drive Business Growth and Innovation: Mindsets, Behaviors and Tools: This week-long program aims to help participants develop strategies that can help trigger growth and innovation in their organizations. "Participants will learn to develop a mindset for growth; create an internal, aligned growth system; identify growth opportunities and launch experiments; and create and manage a diversified growth portfolio," according to a Darden press release.
