The University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management has added a new executive education course that focuses on emotional intelligence to its open enrollment portfolio.
"Search Inside Yourself" is a two-day course that will help executives adapt to change and create an "inspired workplace," according to the course webpage. The curriculum covers a range of topics, including self-awareness, empathy, and the neuroscience of motivation.
The first offering of the course will take place starting on October 18th, and includes four half-day sessions.
