Cranfield Launches New Course in Customer Experience Strategy for 2014

2-day class to help executives create a customer-centric organization

Cranfield University School of Management's Executive Development department will launch a new executive program that focuses on customer experience strategy development in 2014.

The new program, "Customer Experience Strategy: Creating a customer-centric organisation," will be two days long and is aimed at senior managers and executives who are working in B2B, B2C, or non-profit organizations.

Course content will give participants "a methodology for addressing the customer experience strategy challenge," according to the course webpage. A focus will be placed on leading change within organizations.

The first offering of the program is set to launch in May 2014.
