Switzerland's IMD Business School will launch two new executive education courses in leadership starting in 2014. The new offerings include the following programs:
Foundations for Business Leadership is a 3-week intensive course that will help participants develop the management skills they need to move into leadership positions. Its curriculum covers aspects of business model innovation, globalization, and industry trends, among other topics. The first offering begins in March 2014.
Transition to Business Leadership is designed for experienced functional managers who want to transition to business leadership positions. It takes place over 2 modules of 2 weeks each, and includes 3 months of post-program support. The program covers topics in strategic management and teambuilding. This course launches in May 2014.
