UCSD Rady to Offer New Executive Course in Decision Making

1-day course to cover common decision making models

UC San Diego's Rady School of Management will offer a new one-day course in decision making, beginning this month.

"Decision Making Models for Managers" will cover a range of decision making topics, including project path management, various decision making analyses, and decision simulations. According to the course webpage, the course "will give managers, directors, and VPs the practical tools and working knowledge to assess internal and external organizational-related issues, recognize relevant data-variables, develop appropriate models, analyze competing options-scenarios, and improve the focus and scope of decision capabilities."

The first offering of the course takes place on November 15th.
