INSEAD will offer its "International Directors Programme" in Singapore, through a partnership with the Singapore Institute of Directors.
The program covers various topics in corporate governance, including board effectiveness, decision-making and oversight, and director effectiveness. The program is delivered over three modules, the last of which will take place on INSEAD's campus in Fontainebleau, France.
The International Directors Programme is aimed at managers who deal with various aspects of corporate governance, including C-suite executives, board members, and professionals from the institutional investment community.
