UCSD's Rady School of Management Center for Executive Development has announced that it will offer a new executive course in public speaking, which launches in September.
The half-day program is called "Advanced Public Speaking" and is intended to serve as a follow-up to Rady's "Acting for Executives" program. By focusing on communication topics like body language, voice, and listening, the course will help executives "overcome stage fright, develop a strong stage presence, and develop a commanding voice," according to the Rady website.
Besides "Advanced Public Speaking" and "Acting for Executives," UCSD - Rady offers several other executive programs that focus on communication skills, including "Difficult Conversations," which is designed to help executives navigate tricky situations like giving negative feedback and managing discipline issues.
The new course will be offered on September 19th. For more information, please see UCSD - Rady's "Advanced Public Speaking" course webpage. Below, you can see a list of upcoming executive programs in communication, starting soon at business schools all over the world.
