The new course is called "Supply Chain Leader Development Program," and is aimed at high-to mid-level directors and managers within companies’ global operations and supply chain areas. The program will provide participants with a more holistic understanding of supply chains, as well as an increased ability to think innovatively.
The "Supply Chain Leader Development Program" will be delivered in two separate four-day modules on Georgia Tech's campus in Atlanta. Topics to be covered include "Effective Inventory Management," Enterprise Profitability Analytics," and "Innovation & Design Process," among others.
The first module is set to launch on March 23rd; the second will take place beginning on April 27th. The total fee for one attendee is $6,700, although organizations sending at least three people can recieve discounts.
