Harvard to Host an Executive Program for Financial Strategy in Real Estate

Four-day program to be offered in February

Harvard Business School will offer an executive program with a focus on leadership development and financial strategy in real estate, according to a press release issued by the school.

The program is called "Real Estate Executive Seminar: Capital, Partnerships and Portfolios," and will examine the "economic factors influencing the real estate industry to help participants navigate capital markets; analyze political, governance, and environmental constraints; and identify profitable development and investment alternatives," according to the school.

The program will take place over four days and will help participants navigate complex deal structures and assess risks and rewards among investment options. It's aimed at senior executives with substantial experience in real estate organizations. Participant profiles include real estate owners, lenders and investors, fund managers and advisers, and private real estate developers. The program also is appropriate for financial analysts, lawyers, architects, and brokers.

The program is set to begin on February 18th. For more information, please see Harvard's Real Estate Executive Seminar: Capital, Partnerships and Portfolios program webpage.
