Strategic Sales Management is a four-day course that's aimed at sales managers and small business owners who want to improve their sales strategies, as well as executives who oversee sales managers. It covers a range of topics involved in developing sales strategies, including how to motivate a sales force and developing customer relationships. It's set to launch in Washington, D.C. on April 20th.

Executive Excellence: Communicating, Engaging and Influencing in a Global Marketplace is a new program taught in partnership with "The Communication Center," which is a communication consulting firm. The program takes place over 2.5 days, and will cover topics in storytelling, interview skills, and message development, among others. It's aimed at managers who aspire to become C-suite executives. It launches on May 6th.

Another new program is Project Management for Executives, a two-day course which is set to launch on May 12th. It's designed for leaders who manage projects but are not technical project managers. Topics that the course will touch on include "portfolio and selection analysis," "stakeholders, risk, failure and recovery," and "planning fallacies and behavioral biases." This program will be delivered in Arlington, Virginia, according to the Darden website.
