UCSD - Rady Launches Program Focusing on Psychological Types

New one-day course will help participants "take Myers-Briggs to the next level"

The University of California at San Diego's Rady School of Management has announced that it will launch a new executive education program that focuses on managing people with various personality types.

The new program is called "Managing Personality Types," and promises to help participants take "Myers-Briggs" — the classic personality profile test — "to the next level."

Participants will learn about psychological types, and will come away with a better understanding of how to work effectively with a variety of people and personality types.

"Managing Personality Types" is designed for a range of participants, including business leaders, entrepreneurs, life coaches, and team leaders.

The one-day program will be offered on March 12th. For more information, please see Rady's Managing Personalities course webpage.
