The University of Oxford's Saïd Business School has announced the launch of a new real estate-focused executive education program.
"The Oxford Real Estate Programme" will be offered for the first time beginning on June 22nd. It's a four-day program aimed at a variety of real estate professionals and owners. Participants should come away with a broad understanding of the global real estate market, with coverage of financing, infrastructure developments, and ethical considerations, among other topics.
Typical participants would include senior or aspiring senior/VP level professionals working in real estate ownership, investment, consultancy, finance and development; along with legal and consulting professionals and real estate owners.
