The UK's Leeds University Business School has announced that it is launching a new series of open-enrollment executive education courses.
The new programs will cover a range of topics. The courses include the following:
- Better decision making
- Effective team working
- Innovation
- International market entry choices
- Leadership - for early-mid career managers
- Leadership - for experienced senior managers and directors
- Organisational design
- Strategic risk management
- Strategic risk management in changing times
- Supply chain management
Initially, these programs will be run in-house, as "plug and play" options. Eventually, once there is enough general interest, Leeds will schedule these courses to run as open-enrollment options.
