New Michigan Ross Course to Help Executives Create a "Winning Culture"

Week-long course to leverage leadership insights from athletic coaches

A new executive course at the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business will help business leaders enact culture change in order to drive performance.

During the course of the week-long program, "Creating a Winning Culture," participants will work on developing customized plans to solve current challenges in their own businesses. They'll also learn about the mindset of leadership, through guest speakers such as John Beilein, the head coach of the Michigan Wolverines basketball team.

The inaugural offering of the new executive course will take place starting on June 9. For more information, please see the Ross press release announcing the launch of "Creating a Winning Culture."
